General Agricultural Merchandise
Other agricultural products, including but not limited to water equipment, specialised clothing and footwear, animal feed, general hardware, and animal healthcare products such as vaccines and drenches.
Out of scope activity
In instances where a customer requires specialist chemical or fertiliser products not available through contractors under this contract, either at all or within an appropriate timeframe, this shall be considered outside the scope of this contract.
Livestock is excluded from the scope of the contract.
Turf specialist products and related services are also excluded from the scope of the contract.

Prices for this Group Buying Arrangement (GBA) are based on discounts of RRP or a mark-up on the supplier’s cost price. While buyers can pick and buy the specified products from the contractors without calling quotes or tenders, you may wish to compare prices for the product you require from two or more suppliers by contacting them directly.
Buyers should view the What will it cost? section to review the discounts they are entitled to under the contract. Where more than one contractor is appointed to a category or sub category, buyers can evaluate which contractor represents best value for money for their needs, then contact the contractor to make their purchase.
Orders should be placed directly with contractors.

Buyers should be aware of the following requirements under State Supply Commission policies and Treasurer’s Instruction 820, and whether or not they are applicable to purchases from this CUA:

Payment by Purchasing Card
The Government Purchasing Card offers a quick and convenient method of payment allowing many goods and services to be efficiently purchased. Surcharges should not apply to purchases made under the contract.
Always remember to inform the supplier that you will be paying by government Purchasing Card, at the time of ordering the product or service, and ensure they clearly understand that they must send the tax invoice directly to you, the cardholder.

Credit card surcharges
As of 1 October 2015, Nutrien Ag Solutions’s credit card payment facility automatically charges credit card fees. Nutrien Ag Solutions branches have been instructed to rebate these fees manually to stay within the terms of the contract. If you’ve been charged credit card surcharges, please refer back to the point of sale for a refund or contact the contract manager.
The MyNutrien Ag Solutions website automatically applies a surcharge to all credit card payments. To avoid credit card surcharges, government buyers who wish to pay by Purchasing Card should do so via phone, in-store or at point of sale.
