EMRC’s licence exemptions are contained in clause 25 of the Electricity Industry Exemption Order 2005.
On 23 December 2016 the Electricity Industry Exemption Amendment Order (No.2) 2016 was published in the Government Gazette. This Amendment Order amended the Electricity Industry Exemption Order 2005 to include EMRC’s licence exemptions and is available on the Government Gazette website.
EMRC’s licence exemption application was published in September 2016 for public comment. No submissions were received on the application.
