Regina has held executive positions within the Commonwealth and Northern Territory (NT) public sector in a range of strategy, program delivery, capability development and corporate services roles.
Prior to being appointed the Acting Executive Director State Services, Regina was Executive Director Enterprise Services for the Department of Corporate and Information Services and the Department of the Chief Minister NT. In these roles Regina expanded the delivery of shared corporate services to additional client agencies and subsequently helped transition the NT public sector to a centralised delivery model.
Regina worked as a management consultant for four years, planning and implementing change for some of the largest business transformations undertaken by the Australian Department of Finance, Department of Immigration and Border Protection (now Department of Home Affairs), Department of Defence, and the Department of Social Services.
