Digital WA: State ICT Strategy 2016 - 2020

The strategy covers the period of 2016–2020 and sets the frameworks required to allow the public sector to take advantage of new technologies and innovations that will improve the delivery of online services.

Developed in partnership with other government agencies, the strategy is designed to guide the development and delivery of agency ICT strategies and plans. It will help transform the way public services are designed, supported and delivered for a community living and working in a digital world.
