We regularly publish information sheets to assist property settlement professionals using our services.

The information sheets provide tips on common issues when lodging and assessing transactions liable to duty using Online Duties, OSR Duties Lodgments or at our public counter.

• Online Duties allows you to lodge, self-assess approved dutiable transactions and pay duty in a monthly return.
• OSR Duties Lodgments allows for the electronic lodgment of dutiable transactions that are not approved for self-assessment. Duty is payable by the due date on the individual assessment notice issued and must be paid prior to settlement.
