Government Procurement Business Intelligence reports

We publish a range of interactive Government Procurement Business Intelligence (BI) Reports and Dashboards to assist agencies in developing insights on their Common Use Arrangement expenditure and Tenders WA contracts.

The reports are for public sector employees who are involved in tenders, contracts and buying.
They enable you to interrogate data using multiple filters and to visualise the information with dynamic graphics.  Most CUA reports are refreshed quarterly, and the Tenders WA dashboard is updated daily. Reports include:

  • CUA Expenditure Reports
  • The Tenders WA Contracts and Request Development dashboard provides you with secure access to view and analyse awarded contracts and variations for all agencies, as well as your own agency’s requests in development
  • Who Buys What and How reports (agency version)

The reports are stored within “Apps”, which may contain one or multiple reports.

Who Buys What and How reports are available for suppliers, buyers and the general public to review government procurement expenditure. They are annual report on the goods, services and works expenditure of government agencies according to information listed on Tenders WA, Common Use Arrangements and other expenditure reports.
