The Register of Lobbyists informs the public and Government who is engaging in lobbying activities with Government and whom lobbyists represent in their dealings with Government.
The Government has established the Code of Conduct to ensure that contact between Lobbyists and Government representatives is conducted in line with public expectations of transparency, integrity and honesty.
Before you register, you should read the Integrity (Lobbyists) Act 2016 to ensure you understand all of the requirements and obligations.
