View a map of bush fire prone areas

The map of bush fire prone areas identifies land falling within, or partially within, a bush fire prone area of Western Australia.

This edition of the map identifies both new bush fire prone areas and those continuing from earlier editions of the map.

For the first four months following designation, a blue cross hatch area depicts new bush fire prone areas subject to a four-month transition period for planning and building purposes.

Continuing bush fire prone areas are coloured pink on the map.

Following the end of the four-month transition period all designated bush fire prone areas are coloured pink on the map.
