The SIMS system is available 7 days a week from 7:00am to 7:00pm, with technical and business support available from 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday only.

Show moreThe SIMS Help Desk is available via email at sims.helpdesk@treasury.wa.gov.au during normal business hours and should be used to assist with technical (or non-accounting) queries such as access problems, locking issues or general SIMS functionality enquiries.
The SIMS Help Desk will also be available on weekends when the SIMS system has been made available for peak period, i.e. mid-year review and budget.

Treasury Policy Analysts should be your first point of contact for assistance in relation to these enquiries and use of the system, e.g. accounting issues etc.
