The consultation period on the discussion paper has now closed.

The discussion paper was open for comment from 5 August  to 1 November 2019. 

Thank you to all those who contributed via a formal submission, comments through an online portal, or attending an information session, roundtable or workshop. 


How your feedback will be used

Your feedback will help us understand your thoughts on privacy protection and information sharing within the public sector and with authorised third parties. 

Unless marked otherwise submissions have been treated as public documents and have been uploaded to this website. 

Please note, even if your submission was treated as confidential by the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC), it may still be disclosed in accordance with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 1992 (WA), or any other applicable written law.

The DPC reserves the right to delete any content that could be regarded as racially vilifying, derogatory or defamatory to an individual or an organisation.

A consultation summary report will be released publicly once submissions have been reviewed.
