Goods and services procurement under $250,000

For procurements below this value, there are a number of methods that may be appropriate.

If the value of your purchase is below $50,000 read our guidance about directly purchasing from a supplier. 

If your purchase is between $50,000 and $250,000  read our guidance on how to request written quotes from your chosen suppliers, using the written quote template suite 

Where your purchase is close to the $50,000 threshold, or if it is a high risk or strategic purchase, you should follow the written quotes process.
